About the CCPA

The California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), enhanced by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), gives California residents specific rights regarding their personal information. These laws went into effect on January 1, 2020 (CCPA) and January 1, 2023 (CPRA).

  • Deletion Requests: Within 45 days
  • Opt-Out Requests: Within 15 business days

Minors Under 16

We do not knowingly sell personal information of consumers under 16 years old. For consumers between 13-16, we require opt-in consent before selling their information.
